MSS Nitrocube

The NitroCube nitrogen generator range, offered in five standard sizes with the capacity to generate up to 1200 m3/day of nitrogen, has been meticulously tailored to meet the demands of laser cutting and various high-pressure nitrogen applications. The NitroCube series, complemented by high-pressure cylinder pack storage choices, boasts a fully modular design, providing a wealth of possibilities to adapt flowrates and storage capacity according to specific needs.

MSS Aircube

The AirCube series offers two standard models, delivering compressed air at either 15 bar or 40 bar pressure, tailor-made for laser cutting requirements. These systems incorporate MSS high purity filtration and oil vapor removal technology as a standard feature. They ensure the supply of high-purity, oil-free air, delivering impressive flow rates of up to 155 m3/hr.

Nitr02 Gas Mixer

The NitrO2 gas mixing system comes in three distinct models: NitrO2 Basic, NitrO2 Advance, and NitrO2 Air. Each of these models is engineered to facilitate high-pressure laser gas cutting, supporting pressures of up to 34 bar and offering impressive flow rates of up to 155 m3/hr. Additionally, they provide the flexibility of adjusting nitrogen and oxygen gas mix in real-time, contributing to enhanced quality in mild steel cutting with minimal burr formation (reduced to less than 3% of material thickness) and increased cutting speed. These systems are remarkably compact, conserving valuable space while ensuring compatibility with various laser machines. The NitrO2 mixers are highly portable, negating the need for extensive mixing vessels, and their straightforward installation requires only a single-phase electrical supply at 110V/220V (NA for the basic model). Furthermore, they guarantee the precise and stable supply of mixed gases, making them a reliable choice for your cutting needs.

MSS-PureGas Laser Filtration System

Our filtration options come in three variations: Nitrogen-Oxygen Filtration Panel, Compressed Air Filtration Panel, and a combined Nitrogen-Oxygen Compressed Air Filtration Panel. These units operate efficiently at pressures of up to 50 bar, providing substantial gas flow rates of up to 152m3/hr. They feature a triple-stage high purity filtration system designed to filter particles to sizes below 0.01 µm (micron) and effectively remove oil vapors, ensuring the utmost purity. This powerful tool is equipped with features such as real-time nitrogen flow monitoring and recording, making it an invaluable asset for businesses. Compatible with a wide range of laser machines, it offers total volume flow measuring and is exceptionally useful in identifying costly nitrogen leaks. Additionally, the N2 Flowbox aids in comprehending the impact of nozzle change selections on production costs, contributing to more efficient and cost-effective operations.
