Costa MD5-MD4 Series

The MD5-MD4 series by Costa serves as an all-encompassing solution for tasks like slag removal, deburring, oxide treatment, edge refinement, and graining. These machines come in a choice of two widths and offer frame options ranging from one to three units, providing flexibility to match your specific requirements.

Costa MD3 Series

The MD3 CV 600 and MD3 CVC 600 are advanced deburring and polishing machines designed for a wide range of applications. They excel in handling plasma and oxy cut parts, as well as laser-cut, sheared, stamped, punched, and water-jet cut components. With their low energy consumption, these machines offer both directional and non-directional finishing capabilities and boast an intuitive user interface through the HMI Vision. They ensure uniform 360° edge rounding, regardless of the contour's direction, and allow for adjustable edge rounding degrees. Their modular design and compact, heavy-duty frames make them suitable for both flat and warped parts, including zinc-coated or filmed surfaces. Additionally, they exhibit high slag removal capacity for plasma and oxy burrs, making them highly adaptable to varying material thicknesses. The MD3 CVC 600 goes a step further, combining deburring and polishing in a single step and offering fine polishing with customizable finishing options, making them indispensable tools for efficient material processing.
